My DVD Montage Inc. makes every effort to guarantee your satisfaction with your project. However, the quality of the final product will depend on the quality of the initial input. Therefore, My DVD Montage Inc. will attempt to consult with you when at all possible prior to creating your final DVD. If we do not believe the image(s) or video clips you have sent us will produce a quality output, you will have an option to change the photos. If you should decide to continue to include these photos or video clips, you agree not to hold us responsible for the quality of the final product. Although My DVD Montage Inc. utilizes a reliable shipping service, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during the transportation of your materials. For that reason, whenever possible, we suggest that you provide us with a duplicate copy of the photos rather than the originals. Additionally, make sure you protect your materials with the proper packing materials. We will do the same when sending the final product back to you.
My DVD Montage Inc. makes every effort to maintain the highest level of quality in our work. If you should discover a problem with your DVD (e.g., spelling error, photo out of order), we will work with you to correct the issue. You should contact us within 10 business days if this is the case. If we are unable to correct an error we have made, we will refund your money minus shipping costs. Please do not return an order without contacting us first and receiving a return authorization.
My DVD Montage Inc. uses the DVD-R format which is compatible with most home DVD players, but not all. Please be sure to check your DVD player manual/manufacturer to determine if it supports DVD-R.
You agree that payment in full must be received by My DVD Montage Inc. prior to shipment of your order. Payments by check or money order should be submitted with your materials. A $25 returned check fee will be assessed if your financial institution denies payment. If paying by Paypal, My DVD Montage Inc. will send you an email containing a link to Paypal. You are not required to hold a PayPal account to use PayPal's service. Once payment is received, your order, as well as, all of your originally submitted materials (photos, music, videos, etc.) will be shipped to you via a recognized, reliable delivery service.
The film, photos and/or other materials submitted to us on this order are my personal property and I acknowledge and agree that My DVD Montage Inc. or its agents’ liability for any loss, damage or delay to said material during the requested service will be limited to the amount paid under this agreement. Except for such amount, My DVD Montage Inc. or its agents shall not be liable for loss or any other damage, direct, consequential or incidental arising out of customer's use of My DVD Montage Inc. services.
The undersigned hereby warrants that the photos, slides, film or video materials being presented to My DVD Montage Inc. or its agents for transfer are not to his/her knowledge protected by copyrights owned by another, or that if the material is protected the undersigned has obtained the permission of the copyright owner to make or have made copies of the material, and that such permission is in written form and in the possession of the undersigned. The undersigned hereby warrants that this order is to be used exclusively for private home use and will not be commercially distributed. The undersigned will hold My DVD Montage Inc. harmless for any judgment costs, legal fees, or other expenses that might arise by the reason of any infringement of copyright related to this order.
