The estimated completion time is 14 days from the date we receive the completed Order Form along with your materials and payment. If you require a faster turn-around time, you must let us know prior to placing your order and we will try to accommodate your needs. Rush orders are also possible for an additional fee. If you are planning a special event, you should place your order between one and two months prior to the event date.
If you have digital photos, you can send us a CD or a memory card. You can also upload your photos to us through email (zipped file). Rename all of your photos with numbers so that the photo sequence is clear. For print photos, place a post-it on the back of each photo with a corresponding number. When mailing any materials to us, we encourage you to use an overnight or priority mail service that provides you with a tracking number and delivery confirmation.
It is best to send your digital photos in jpg format. We accept other formats as well, but jpg is the easiest to work with. If you are sending images taken with a digital camera, the photos should have been taken with the camera settting at a medium to high resolution.
For photos that have already been scanned, the guidelines are as follows:
- 3x5 or larger must be scanned at a minimum resolution of 300dpi.
- Photos smaller than 3x5 to wallet size - 600dpi.
- Photos smaller than wallet size - 800dpi.
Because of the time and labor involved in creating your project, we do not offer refunds. We will make every effort to work closely with you to ensure your satisfaction with the final product. Any errors (typographical errors, sequence errors, etc.) on our part will of course be corrected at no charge to you.
To ensure your satisfaction with the final product, we can upload the montage to you prior to finalizing your project. We will try to accommodate any editing requests you may have. Please note that you must have the computer technology to support an upload of this kind.
Anything you send to us for inclusion in your project is returned to you with your completed order. We handle your material with the greatest of care at all times.
